This wonderful video is all about a man who finds inner peace by creating beautiful huge sand art drawings at the edge of the ocean. He only has 3 hours to do it before the tide comes in and starts washing it away. A lovely way to break the fear of impermanence!
Also, it interesting to note that he never gets to see the image in its entirety because by the time he is done, it is being washed away, and he doesn’t have time to go up to the pier to see it all. A great way to loosen the attachment to the results.

A great TED talk about how we often approach success first to achieve happiness even though if we first learn to achieve happiness, we are much more likely to be successful. The speaker (Shawn Achor) is hilarious, and the video is a total joy to watch.
Learning how to feel genuine love towards even those that we feel would (or have) harm(ed) us is very beneficial to our level of happiness and peace. This article has a short 5 minute metta meditation. That can help you do just that.
